Due to new requirements of the Exolgan terminal, it is necessary to present the annual transfer letter in favor of Deposito Avellaneda Sur S.A., according to the following requirements:
- It must be made on original letterhead (black and white printing is not valid, as well as color printing).
- It must be signed by a representative of the company, indicating "full name, position and business name". A copy of the power of attorney in which these powers are stated in favor of the signer, or the statute indicating the position that the person occupies within the company must also be included.
- It must be certified by a bank or a notary public without any exception.
- The letter is presented at the time of departure from the terminal container for which we suggest managing it with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the tentative withdrawal date. It will be valid for one year from its presentation.
